BLUE ONE is a brand-new 2025 Fountaine Pajot Aura 51, built for comfort, efficiency and a modern way of sailing. Her electric propulsion lets her glide silently at 5 knots with zero fuel use, and with the generator running she cruises at 6 knots on just 11 litres an hour, for a quieter, greener time at sea.
Eight guests stay in four double cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom. The bright saloon and galley, the shaded aft deck, the flybridge and the foredeck sunbeds offer plenty of places to relax, and Starlink keeps you connected.
Captain Ioannis Aliferis and chef Andreas Tsitsilianis, who has cooked in France, Italy, Athens, Mykonos and Tinos, look after every detail from her base in Athens, with a Seabob, sea scooter and paddleboards on board.

Chef Andreas Tsitsilianis has more than 12 years in kitchens across Greece and Europe, including France, Italy, Athens, Mykonos and as head chef in Tinos. His modern Mediterranean cooking has a strong Greek identity, with fresh seasonal produce, seafood and refined, balanced dishes.
