With her new visual identity, the 40 immediately stands out. While faithful to the image of Lagoon’s "DNA", a new style is born: an individual, streamlined and accomplished design depicts her large portholes and panoramic view. This creates a refined and high-performance unit, emphasized by the chamfer running from the bow to the stern. A comfortable cockpit looking out to sea: a starboard dining table, able to accommodate up to twelve guests, a recreation area on the same side and seating at the rear beam. Large aft transoms with a spacious swim platform, allowing simple access to the tender and safe, easy boarding. A forward cockpit, fitted with a sunbathing area, provides further living space.

The BALI 4.5 is built in France, using the best possible materials. The choice of a closed-cell PVC foam sandwich and fabrication by infusion ensures rigidity, longevity and weight savings, and as a result, the Bali 4.5 is the lightest in its class. The design and height of the nacelle allows a better passage through the water, giving comfort and safety.a forward cockpit with dining area and gigantic sunbathing area (20m²) in place of the traditional trampoline, an aft cockpit with lounger, equipped with LEDs, entirely flush-decked and enhanced by a folding table, a sunbathing area on the coachroof. Its sail area to light displacement ratio is the highest in its class, giving the performance, safety and sea-keeping quality you would expect from Catana!The concept continues inside, where a sliding aft door and separate window lead from the cockpit to a space where convenience is king. To starboard is a full-size, side-by-side refrigerator with a built-in ice maker just like at home. With the Bali line, Catana is satisfying different market sensibilities and it does so in a way that sets it apart from many production multihulls.

This new member of the Lagoon family has style and a strong personality. While keeping a family resemblance and retaining the main features of the latest generation of Lagoons, it shows us a new path: unhurried evolution, a new “organic” approach, in search of harmony between living space and man.
