About EFKRATI
EFKRATI is a Lagoon 51 sailing catamaran launched in 2023 and based in Athens, ready to explore the islands of the Aegean. Six double cabins and four bathrooms welcome up to ten guests, and her raised saloon lounge opens onto 360° panoramic views of the water, keeping everyone connected to the sea even when indoors.
Outside, a shaded aft cockpit, a flybridge lounge beside the helm and a hydraulic swim platform set the pace for relaxed days at anchor. A Honda-powered tender, paddle boards, towables and Sea Wings provide plenty of fun on the water, while Starlink Wi-Fi keeps you connected. A professional crew of two, a captain and a cook / host, looks after every detail, with home-style Greek and international cooking served on board.

Dining aboard
Vasileios brings more than a decade of fine-dining, villa and yacht experience to the galley of EFKRATI. His menus lean on traditional Greek family recipes – shared plates of tzatziki, fava, dolmades, spinach pie and marinated octopus, followed by dishes such as shrimp kritharoto, beef krasato, fish à la Spetsiota, chicken lemonato or a Greek barbecue – with Italian, Asian, Mexican and Japanese options on request.
Breakfasts range from village-style eggs and Greek sesame bagels to pancakes and yoghurt bowls with honey and fruit. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and children’s menus are available. Meals are on a half-board basis: breakfast, lunch and light snacks daily, plus up to two dinners on board per week.
