Born in Greece in 1976, Captain Giannis has more than 20 years of experience in Greek waters, including three years as skipper of the luxury S/Y New Horizon 3. Licensed for sail and motor yachts and a certified sailing instructor, he has extensive technical know-how and tailors every itinerary to his guests. He speaks Greek and English.

Chef Milen has cooked in summer and winter resorts and managed restaurants in Sofia, and specialises in Balkan, Mediterranean, European and Asian cuisines, tailoring every menu to his guests.
Breakfasts feature quality teas and coffees, fresh smoothies, Greek cheese and spinach pies, croissants and American pancakes, followed by fresh, creative lunches and dinners served on deck.

Rates are plus all expenses: 6.5% VAT and a 25% Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Charters shorter than one week are available only on request, with the weekly rate divided by six. The yacht is based in Athens, with a 24-hour turnaround.
Charters starting or ending away from the home port incur a relocation fee (Cyclades: €1,500 + 6.5% VAT). Santorini embarkation or disembarkation is charged one additional day. All details and final pricing require confirmation.

2026 weekly rates are €22,000 in low season, €26,500 in June and September and €30,500 in July and August, plus 6.5% VAT and a 25% Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).
Where does the charter start and end?
AURELIA is based in Athens, with a 24-hour turnaround. Charters from other ports incur a relocation fee (Cyclades: €1,500 + VAT); Santorini embarkation or disembarkation is charged one additional day.
