About ADARA
ADARA is a 2020 Sunreef 50 sailing catamaran, refitted in 2024, that brings the yard’s boutique styling and craftsmanship to a compact, easy-handling 50-foot platform. Based in Athens, she welcomes up to eight guests in four queen cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom, looked after by a professional crew of three.
Life aboard centres on generous outdoor spaces: a shaded aft deck with alfresco dining, a foredeck lounge with sunbeds, and a full flybridge with a second dining area and panoramic views. Inside, a bright, fully air-conditioned saloon with open galley offers a cool retreat. A 60 hp Zar Formenti tender, two Seabobs, paddleboards and a hydraulic swim platform make every anchorage in the Greek islands an invitation to play.

Dining aboard
Chef Petros brings a refined, contemporary take on Mediterranean cooking to ADARA, built around seasonal Greek produce. Breakfast ranges from fresh fruit, Greek yogurt and honeycomb to traditional pies such as bougatsa and spanakopita, pancakes, crepes and eggs cooked to order.
Lunch and dinner might open with meze such as tarama with caviar, octopus or smoky melitzanosalata, raw plates like Aegean tuna or sea bream ceviche with bottarga, and creative Greek salads, followed by mains from moussaka and beetroot risotto to lamb with truffle or Black Angus fillet. Special diets can be accommodated on request.
