About SAHANA
SAHANA is a 2024 Bali 5.4 sailing catamaran based near Athens and built for relaxed, luxurious cruising through the Greek islands. Her galley-up layout keeps the saloon bright and open, with panoramic sea views and an easy flow between the interior, the aft cockpit and the large forward lounge.
Up to eight guests stay in four double cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom, including a master cabin with desk area and direct cockpit access. Outside there is room to lounge on the flybridge and foredeck, dine al fresco in the cockpit or the forward dining area, and swim straight from the hydraulic platform. A professional crew of three, with captain, chef and deckhand/steward, looks after navigation, gourmet Mediterranean dining and every detail of life on board.

SAHANA sleeps eight guests in four double cabins, all with private en-suite bathrooms featuring electric heads and separate showers. The master cabin has a desk area and its own direct access to the cockpit, while the three guest cabins are bright and modern, with full air conditioning that runs through the night, Zealots toiletries, hairdryers and plenty of pillows.

Born in Patras in 1981, Vasilis has spent more than two decades at sea and has worked as a captain since 2008. He knows the Greek islands intimately and combines strong navigational skills with a firm focus on safety and guest satisfaction. Fluent in Greek and English, he creates a warm, professional atmosphere on board and leads the SAHANA crew with calm dedication.

On board he looks after deck operations, guest activities and the upkeep of the yacht with reliability and a positive attitude. He speaks Greek and English.

Chef Spiridon brings more than 15 years in luxury hotels, fine-dining and Michelin-starred kitchens to SAHANA, cooking refined Mediterranean food from high-quality seasonal ingredients. Breakfasts range from fresh juices, pastries and Greek pies to eggs any style, Greek yoghurt with toppings, smoked salmon and avocado, and French toast made with tsoureki.
Lunches and dinners might include salmon tartare, sea bass in a panko crust with Florina pepper sauce, Aegean grilled octopus with Santorini fava, orzo with shrimp saganaki, grilled rib eye with chimichurri or a sea bass ceviche, followed by desserts such as lemon tart, tiramisu or homemade cheesecake. Special diets are catered for on request.

How many guests can SAHANA accommodate?

What are the weekly charter rates?
Weekly rates for 2027 range from €19,500 in low season to €27,000 in high season (July and August), plus all expenses and 6.5% VAT.
Where does the charter start and end?
SAHANA is based at Marina Nea Peramos near Athens. Other embarkation ports are possible on request, subject to a relocation fee.
Can I charter SAHANA for less than a week?
Shorter charters may be possible depending on the season and availability. Please contact us with your preferred dates.

What water toys are available?
SAHANA carries a Highfield tender with 20 HP Honda outboard, a two-person kayak, two stand-up paddle boards, two sea scooters, snorkelling gear and fishing gear, with a hydraulic swim platform at the stern. Rendezvous diving only.

To the aft of the yacht is her second exterior space which can be used as a formal dining area overlooking the sea. The third exterior area is the upper deck where you can enjoy dinner, cocktails and have a panoramic view. Her saloon opens both onto the comfortable bow terrace and the yacht’s cockpit which is extended with a hydraulic aft platform.
