About HIGHJINKS
HIGHJINKS is a Fountaine Pajot Sanya 57 sailing catamaran built in 2014 and refitted in 2022, based at Alimos Marina in Athens. She welcomes up to eight guests in four en-suite cabins and pairs the stability and space of a large cruising catamaran with genuine sailing pleasure, whether you head for the Saronic and Cycladic islands or further afield in Greek waters.
Life on board centres on a shaded aft deck with dining table and wet bar, a foredeck with sun pads and a sun tent, and a flybridge lounge beside the helm. Full air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a generous collection of water toys – from a Scuba Jet and water skis to paddleboards and a 50 HP tender – keep every day varied, while a crew of three led by a captain who knows HIGHJINKS inside out looks after every detail.

Dining aboard
Chef Anastasios prepares a relaxed, Mediterranean-inspired menu that mixes Greek classics with international touches. Breakfast brings cakes, muffins, pancakes and crêpes alongside yoghurt, cheeses, cold cuts and eggs cooked to order.
Lunch and dinner follow a salad, appetizer, main course and dessert rhythm: think spaghetti with crawfish or lobster, grilled local sea bass or sea bream, honey-and-herb baby chicken, caramelised pork fillet and Greek meze such as tzatziki, chickpea balls and stuffed vine leaves, finished with crème brûlée, baklava or ravani with mastic ice cream. Special diets can be accommodated on request.
