About ALLURE
ALLURE is a 2022 Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 that captures the essence of luxury, space and freedom at sea. Her 30 m² flybridge, the largest in her class, is the place for panoramic views, sunset cocktails and evenings under the stars, while the 27.5 m² aft cockpit is made for alfresco dining and the foredeck has modular sunbeds for a private corner in the sun.
Inside, the bright saloon flows between lounge and dining areas, and the galley-down layout keeps the living space open. Ten guests stay in five equal queen cabins, each with natural light, modern finishes and an en-suite bathroom.
A long-standing crew of three, led by Captain Adam Apostolopoulos with chef Nektarios Bilalis, has earned ALLURE a loyal following of repeat guests. She is based in Athens, with two Seabobs, paddleboards and water skis on board.

Guest accommodation
ALLURE sleeps ten guests in five queen cabins (1.60 × 2.00 m), all with private bathrooms. Every cabin has air-conditioning, a hairdryer and USB points, with My Roots toiletries and beach towels provided. The galley is down, keeping the saloon open and quiet.

Chef Nektarios Bilalis graduated from Le Monde Culinary School in 2018 and has cooked in hotels and restaurants across Greece since 2014. His Mediterranean menus combine creativity with solid technique, from breakfast pancakes and fresh juices to well-balanced lunches and dinners on deck.
