About PI 2
PI 2 is a 2019 Fountaine Pajot Saba 50, a sailing catamaran admired for her distinctive lines, refined styling, generous living spaces and fine sailing performance, and a model voted best boat in her class. Based at Marina Zeas in Piraeus, she is perfectly placed for exploring Greece’s most beautiful cruising grounds straight from Athens.
Up to ten guests stay in five air-conditioned en-suite cabins, with bathrobes, slippers and quality toiletries for everyone. Days flow between the shaded aft deck dining table, the foredeck sunbeds and trampoline lounge, and a flybridge with its own sunpads. A crew of three, captain, chef and deckhand / steward, looks after every detail, while a Highfield tender, Jobe seascooters, SUPs, a kayak and towed sports keep the days active.

Dining aboard
Chef Kristina’s menus celebrate Greek and Mediterranean flavours with a creative touch. Mornings begin with homemade cakes and banana bread, protein pancakes, crepes, French toast with tsoureki and raspberry sauce, loukoumades with honey and cinnamon, eggs made to order, açaí bowls and fresh fruit.
Lunch and dinner bring colourful salads such as burrata with prosciutto or Naxos graviera with pomegranate, meze like taramosalata mousse, ouzo tzatziki, shrimp saganaki and mussels in Greek wine, then whole fish of the day, seafood linguine with ouzo cream, slow-braised beef cheeks or a classic moussaka, with desserts like orange pie with ice cream or panna cotta. Menus are tailored to each group, and special diets can be catered for on request.
